We ensure that the tenant pays the rent and any additional costs on time every month. We will then ensure that the rental income is paid to you, after deduction of our management fee and other related costs.
Of course you want your home to be well maintained during the rental period. With the management concept of UCM-REALTY, our own technical service, you are assured that the home remains well maintained both inside and outside. We ensure that you no longer have to worry about it yourself. That should give you some peace of mind!

During the rental of the home, matters such as energy costs, contracts, rent increases, terminations, municipal assessments and insurance continue as usual.
UCM-Realty is happy to take these and other administrative tasks off your hands. This way you have one less thing to worry about.
The minimum term of the management agreement is 12 months. After this period you can terminate the agreement monthly without additional costs. Without dissolution, the agreement will continue for another 12 months.
Regardless of the rental price, UCM-Realty carries out the rental of your home at a fixed rate of NAf 175,- excluding 6% OB. To start up the file we charge a one-off amount of NAf 350, excluding ob.
